AI-customized sales simulation for complex B2B deals

Turn your training objective into a shared customer situation. SalesNail brings scenario preparation, team practice and observable decisions together so trainers can debrief what participants actually did.

Adapt the scenario to the learning objective

Begin with the seller, target customer and opportunities participants need to understand. AI-assisted authoring helps build customer roles, business context and actions around that brief rather than treating a generic course deck as the whole training experience.

The trainer remains responsible for reviewing the output. Check the relationships, commercial logic, card descriptions and learner materials before publication. Use anonymized or fictionalized details when real customer information is not approved for training.

Make the whole team choose

Participants work in teams around a shared customer organization. Action cards represent activities such as investigating a problem, meeting a stakeholder or presenting a proposal. Limited action points require the team to decide what is worth doing first.

Customer responses and opportunity progression make decisions consequential. Success depends on understanding the situation and coordinating effort, not merely picking impressive words. Team competition can create energy, but the decisions and debrief carry the learning.

Explore a changing opportunity across rounds

A complex sale does not stay still. Staged rounds give participants a way to encounter changing requirements, stakeholder relationships and competition within a bounded workshop. They can compare approaches without putting a live transaction at risk.

The facilitator chooses how the simulation fits the agenda, reviews actions and uses classroom evidence to focus discussion. Controls and approvals stay part of the teaching process; AI-generated content is not an authorization to publish or bypass review.

Debrief visible decisions, not just the final score

Use action records, customer interactions and opportunity progress to ask what participants knew when they acted. Compare choices between teams and identify assumptions that should have been tested.

A useful debrief ends with actions participants can apply at work: stakeholder questions, coordination habits or a different way to prioritize effort. It should not turn a simulation result into an unsupported prediction of real revenue or a universal assessment of an employee.

Choose a delivery format and evaluate it honestly

SalesNail supports facilitated team rehearsal with PC and phone participation. One- and two-day workshops are established formats; the trainer agrees the schedule, scenario review and audience requirements with the buyer. Check actual connectivity and devices before a live session.

The Second Curve is a separate solo narrative experience. Its first chapter can be played without an account to explore decisions and consequences. Enterprise delivery, platform access, customization and trainer services need their own evaluation and commercial agreement.

Questions before you start

Is this a voice or cold-call coaching tool?

No. SalesNail focuses on decisions across a complex B2B deal, limited resources, team collaboration and facilitator-led debriefing. Conversation practice can complement it, but the platform is not presented as a voice-scoring service.

Can we evaluate it before arranging a workshop?

Chapter 1 of The Second Curve is free without sign-up. It demonstrates individual narrative and decision mechanics, not the complete facilitated team workshop. Discuss your team objective and delivery requirements separately.
